Rye Bread
Introduction to Sourdough.

Our one day Introduction to Sourdough course will give home bakers a basic understanding and confidence when it comes to Sourdough breads. The small group course is run in our real working bakery and will send you away knowing how to make a 100% Rye and a Rustic bread, both of which are very adaptable so you can add your own flavours to create interesting loaves. You will also learn to make Ciabatta and from this wet dough we will make Pizza and Focaccia for lunch. You will leave the bakery with lots of baked goods, your very own Forest Bakehouse Sourdough Starter, the recipe booklet, a better understanding of long fermentation and how to integrate your bread baking into your busy life with success.

Cost £120 including lunch.
