Our one day course gives home bakers a basic understanding of the process of making sourdough bread and how to integrate it into a busy daily life. The small group course is run from our real working bakery and includes coffee, pastries and lunch, sending you home with lots of baked goods, your own sourdough starter and recipe booklet.
